Viikki Food Centre is committed to help its customers to create innovative new products. From initial design, our experts will help

you develop the product and advise on suitable manufacturing solutions.

We will also assist you with improving the taste, texture and nutritional value of existing products. VFC has extensive experience

in recipe and process development and has access to the well equipped laboratories and pilot plant facilities of the University of Helsinki.
